These Gluten Free brownies have been all over the web of late so I decided to give them a whirl and I’m glad I did. You can add bananas, coconut, cinnamon or a bit of whatever you fancy! I really like eggs in my baking, but you can forgo and use 2 whole bananas instead.
eggs (Farm fresh – there’s so many places to buy in Victoria!)
cocoa (My hand may have slipped, I may have used a 1/2 cup YUM!)
Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend.
Pour into a lightly greased 8×8″ and sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test
Expect the brownies to go a little fudgy after 24 hours. I personally preferred them after a day, less grit to the texture.
