We here at Victoriamom.ca love buying local especially when it comes to produce and groceries. This is such a simple recipe that the ingredients you use can be top quality. There are lots of places to source what we like to call happy eggs here in Victoria. A quick drive around the local farms and the farmers markets will turn up fresh veggies, eggs and sometimes meat.
